Photo Gallery: San Diego FC draws against St. Louis City SC in home opener

San Diego FC played St. Louis City SC to a scoreless draw in their first ever home match.

The match broke a record becoming the largest sporting event in Snapdragon Stadium history with 34,506 fans in attendance, but was marred in controversy as the crowd took part in a discriminatory chant heard at soccer matches. Fans in the supporter’s section attempted to counter with a chant of their own, but many around the stadium made their voices heard.
